Pathway 1
Training and Education: Webinar
- One (1) educational/awareness session and/or “ask me anything” session chosen from our list of educational offerings.
- Option 1:
A live session for an unlimited number of attendees, selected from Specialisterne’s library of 10+ unique educational sessions and delivered by one of Specialisterne’s skilled Inclusion Specialists. The live session may be scheduled at any time of the year however as an Annual Partner you have priority access to booking this event in recognition of Autism Acceptance Month (April), Neurodiversity Celebration Week (March), National Disability Employment Awareness Month (October) or International Day of Persons with Disabilities (December) - Option 2:
6-month access to a recorded webinar selected from Specialisterne’s library of 10+ unique sessions - Option 3:
An “Ask Me Anything” session, structured and designed to build organizational confidence and capacity around a specific topic related to neurodiversity in the workplace e.g. a consultative session on building neuro-inclusive onboarding practices. *This option is recommended for fewer attendees to support dialogue and interaction and organizations with some foundational knowledge, understanding, and awareness of neurodiversity.

Training and Education: eLearning
- Enrollment of up to 5 employees in our “Employ Different Thinking” eLearning course, designed to support people leaders, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition in building and managing neurodiverse teams.
