La Fondation Specialisterne est une fondation à but non lucratif dont l’objectif est de générer des emplois significatifs pour un million de personnes autistes et de personnes ayant des profils similaires (TDAH, TOC, dyslexie, etc.) – collectivement appelées « personnes neurodivergentes » – grâce à l’entrepreneuriat social, à l’implication du secteur des entreprises et à un changement général de mentalité. La fondation possède Specialisterne Danemark et le concept et la marque Specialisterne.
