Specialisterne Canada works with businesses to help them integrate people on the autism spectrum, or who face similar employment barriers, into their workforce. We’ve seen first hand how creating a neurodiverse work environment is good for business. A different perspective, alternative communication style, or a passion for detail can be a great asset to any employer, but because of standard recruitment processes and management practices, most people we know on the spectrum face a natural barrier to employment.
Our goal is to make a significant impact on the Canadian business landscape by employing people who think and communicate differently. That’s where you come in.
We’d really like to get to know you, so that when we have jobs we’re recruiting for we have a deep understanding of the strengths and capabilities represented in our community.
